Alison harnesses conscious leadership coaching techniques, brain-based tools, and trauma-informed embodied practices that help break through blockages and protective patterns from past adverse experiences to expand self-awareness and capacity.
In-between sessions using WhatsApp communication, Alison supports clients with a fusion of sensitivity and strength, sensing when to challenge people further through discomfort or avoidance and when it's a moment for deep listening, compassion, and healing.
Alison is passionate about guiding and empowering her clients to connect with their innate wisdom, open their hearts, ignite aliveness, dive into purpose & meaning, envision what is possible, and embed the learnings from this process into all areas of life.

In 2025 and beyond, Alison will be hosting regular dinners and liberation circles, as well as transformative workshops for women.
Alison is currently forming a hybrid (online or in–person for those in Southern California) mastermind group for female founders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. Women will be encouraged to dive deep into all parts of self to expand your awareness and increase your impact in the world in a community of like-minded and like-hearted women.
We will collectively seek more truth and feel more connection together. This is a purpose-led mastermind of curious, wise, positive, insightful, full-hearted, and intelligent women who are open and committed to a life of real growth, meaning, and purpose.
MENTORING FOR NEXT-GEN WOMEN

Guidance, direction, and navigation to help young women rise from the inside out, with their embodied wisdom as the guide.
In addition to offering Embodied Executive Coaching for female founders, change makers, and executives, Alison also mentors women who are committed to their personal development and growth and are transitioning into becoming a purpose-led leader or transitioning into a later life developmental stage to leave a legacy.
Less intensive, regular, and costly than her coaching work, she builds a lite support package for purpose-driven young women she senses that she can help accelerate and amplify with her years of training in how change and transformation occurs and expertise as a purpose led entrepreneur.
